To be civillized

I think to be civilized means to be establish, to be in a place where you've been most of your life.Where your known and not a stranger to the people around you. Some where, where your able to call home or status place. To make someone or something civilized is to have an establishment where ever your at. To be equal and be at the same level as everyone else.
